Acceptance
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
Eligibility
You must be old enough to use testnet software in your jurisdiction. This product is not an offer of financial services.
Wallet ownership
You control any wallet you connect. You are responsible for everything that wallet does on this desk.
Wallet security
Keep your private keys and seed phrases safe. Klyveth never stores or has access to your private keys.
Network requirements
The desk runs on Monad Testnet, chain ID 10143. Transactions on other networks are not supported.
Testnet or production status
Klyveth currently operates on Monad Testnet using synthetic assets and identity data. No real value is used.
Listings
Listings record intent. They are non-custodial and do not hold assets. A listing may not be fillable if the seller balance or allowance changes.
Settlement
A settlement moves both legs in one transaction or reverts. Settlement is final once confirmed on-chain.
Compliance checks
Compliance decisions come from Cleanverse A-Pass and A-Token rules as evaluated at pre-flight time. They are not legal compliance advice.
Cleanverse attestations
A-Pass and token eligibility are provided by Cleanverse. Klyveth does not guarantee their correctness.
Relayer responsibility
The relayer signs packets using a server key. The contract verifies the signature, binding, freshness, and outcome.
Smart-contract risks
The settlement contract is unaudited testnet software. Use it only with synthetic testnet assets.
Blockchain finality
Transactions are subject to blockchain confirmation and the rules of Monad Testnet.
Fees
Klyveth does not charge fees. You pay only network gas for your own transactions.
Third-party providers
The desk relies on Cleanverse, wallet providers, and RPC services. Klyveth cannot control their failures.
Prohibited activity
Do not use the desk for unlawful activity, real funds, real identity data, or to misrepresent synthetic data as real.
Intellectual property
Klyveth branding and software are provided under the MIT license unless stated otherwise.
Service availability
The desk is provided as-is and may be unavailable or changed without notice.
Disclaimers
No warranties are provided, express or implied. Use at your own risk.
Liability limits
To the maximum extent permitted, Klyveth is not liable for loss arising from use of this testnet software.
Suspension
Klyveth may suspend or restrict access at any time without notice.
Termination
You may stop using the desk at any time. These terms survive any termination.
Changes
These terms may change. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
